You can request the deletion of your Alliance Santé Afrique account (website and mobile app, published by Alamou Health Group) and its associated data at any time.
From your patient area
- Sign in to your patient area with your account email and password (the same as in the app).
- Open the My data section.
- Click Request deletion.
- Confirm your request using the link sent to you by email.
Without signing in
Email support@alliancesanteafrique.net from your account email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will ask you to confirm your request.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email address, phone, notification preferences).
- Your appointment requests and appointments, and your notifications.
- Your ratings: the score still counts in the professional’s average, but it is no longer linked to you and your comment is erased.
What is kept
Accounting records of payments (amount, date, transaction reference) are kept for 10 years (legal requirement), then deleted. They are no longer linked to an account.
Timeframe
Your request is processed within 30 days of your confirmation at the latest. If you have an upcoming appointment, please cancel it first from your patient area or the app.
